Q. Is there a way to measure the fourth phase of water in a plant?
A. Plants naturally want to have their water in this fourth state. They will do it automatically — as long as they don’t have excessive levels of electrolytes. So, what’s much easier to measure than the fourth phase of water is to measure the electrolyte content in the plant sap. Just measure the electrical conductivity, and that will tell you to what degree that plant is capable of producing exclusion-zone water.
