I’ve been receiving the Acres U.S.A. magazine for about three years now and always read it from cover to cover. I am a second-generation regenerative farmer and have seen firsthand the benefits of transitioning from chemical inputs to compost and manures.
We grow mostly vegetables, with some hay and corn for our own livestock, which also helps with the rotation. I am a firm believer in rotation, cover crops, compost, and microbial stimulants. When we work with nature, it just works so much better. Our soils are a living, breathing, marvelous creation, and should be treated so. God didn’t make a mistake when He made the earth. We humans make the mistakes.
I wish every farmer in America would get this magazine and read it with an open mind!
